Striking Angles Around KL
Found myself on an architecture walk around Kuala Lumpur and I was taken in by the striking features of the sky scrapers around the older part of the city.
We found some interesting local food and desserts.
ABC or Air Batu Campur (in pink) is a colorful Malaysian concoction made mostly with shaved ice that is placed atop an interesting pile of ingredients like red beans, lychee fruits, sweet corn, grass jelly and noodles. To top it all off—because it's clearly not enough intensity—the dessert is covered in condensed milk and rose syrup.
Then we found our way to a speakeasy.
